My Emptiness

My tiny emptiness that you see
The little space that none has ever given its worth
Even the sky has forgotten to cover it
Though it has embraced the entire earth
 
Off wander my desires wild
Away from this void, like a carefree child
Not a glance behind, never a thought anon
No care for this frame, this barren form

My emptiness grows with every moment past
But it has its life for an eternity to last
The desires, they ignore and sail yonder
Over an ocean of hope so vast.
